The gentleman’s game is set for a shake-up as ten teams prepare to do battle at the Xtraspace Bellville Cricket Club on Sunday. Hammers, Rebels, Shakers, Heroes and even Masters will once again be put to the sword to determine which media team walks the talk viewers, listeners and readers know them for as they contest the 16th annual Foodzone Inter Media Cricket Challenge.
The day celebrates a media party that has supported Sporting Chance’s work for more than 21 years, making our effort that much easier. It is a fun day out for the whole family with a “fun zone” and “relax zone” offering an alternative for those looking for other forms of entertainment.
As the Eternals, Deadly Deadlines, the Tough Team, Vikings and Wicket DJs take their turn at the crease on Sunday, it will be our way of acknowledging that they haven’t had to help share our stories, they have simply chosen to do so. We are grateful!
