Gibbs Adds Calypso Fever to the beaches of Cape Town

South African cricketing icon Herschelle Gibbs has been involved with Sporting Chance at the Pick n Pay Calypso Cricket Festival.

The opening batsman offered cricketing tips and shared many memorable moments with many of the children who were bussed in from impoverished areas.

Having completed Strand on Monday, the Cape Town leg of the cricket festival is being played over three beaches in the Peninsula, with Sunrise Beach in Muizenberg hosting Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, whilst Long Beach in Noordhoek will offer action on Thursday.
