We’ve said this before, and we’ll say it again – hockey runs these fields.
Correlating with the rising popularity of hockey in the country, with both the men’s and ladies teams set to make a showing at the 2012 Olympic Games, the number of girls and boys at the hockey clinics has been pleasing. In a nation obsessed with soccer, rugby and cricket, we love this!
So with the sun coming out for clinics on Tuesday (do we hear a cheer from everyone?), the hockey starlets donned their shin pads, gum guards and took up their sticks to continue the hockey movement.
